Why wbjee is asking for students account details in registering for wbjee 2018

Hey! Hi Akash Kumar.
The bank details are being asked for the following puspose:
Suppose you accept a seat alloted through WBJEE but you get better seat through JoSAA Counselling or suppose if you want to cancel your admission for any purpose then they would refund your fees (after deducting processing fees) into your bank account.
