Hello dear,
There are two round of counseling for COMEDK
In first one, you can choose college and branch according to your rank..
U need not to take admission at that time.
Now there will be many students who won't take admission (due to many reasons).
So they can leave there seats.. and many seats will be left.
So there will be second round counseling, so that other students can upgrade their colleges or branch.
you can only attend second round counseling if you have attended first.
