Yes AIIMS accept PWD students,

PwD category is reserved horizontally with the quota of 5% under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, so as I have assumed your main category as General so you will lie under Gen-PwD category or if you belongs to any other category like OBC/SC/ST then you will lie under OBC-PwD/SC-PwD and so on.

There are total 56 seats in all AIIMS reserved for PWD students.
