Totally you have 3 attempts to write the JEE MAINS examination and 2 attempts for JEE Advance examination infact the best thing is that from next year onwards you will be able to write the JEE MAINS in two sessions i.e in the month of January and in April and that will be counted as the 1 single attempt and the best score among both the sessions will be considered for the admission / Counselling process.
