will be there any fee reumbersement for b.arch in NIT colleges. I am a SC candidate and my father's income is less than 1 lakh. please clear

Yes there is scholarship both on your category and income
Approximately 2/3 of actual fees would be free

b.tech is bachelor of technology
b.arch-bachelor in architecture
in b.tech u have lots of variety like b.tech computer science,b. tech mechanical,b. tech electronics etc
but in b.arch-it is only architecture i.e.u will make sketch of buildings
