will clearing AIEEA give any advantage for admission in other universities in agricultural programes?
Hey Ankit
Agriculture economics is an inter-disciplinary field that combines the micro as well as macroeconomic principles towards solving agriculture problems. The minimum eligibility for the course is 10+2 (science stream). At present we have many colleges that offer B.Sc in agriculture economics and farm management. There are plenty of government as well as private sector jobs available for BSc Agriculture graduates. They can be appointed as Research Officer, Quality Assurance Officer, Agriculture Officer, Agriculture Loan Officer (in Banks), Production Manager, Operations Manager and Farm Manager with State agriculture departments. Job opportunities: As an agricultural graduate, you will have various options available. In addition to government jobs, you could work in tea gardens, rubber plantations, fruit orchards and vegetable farms. Also, you can get a job in a bank or finance company. Research is another great opportunity to explore. With this degree you can expect a competitive pay package
I Hope It Helps
Good Luck
