Well to start with you dont have to worry about giving WBjee as it is open for all. If you don't have a domicile you are not eligible for govt. colleges but surely have a chance in JU and BESU(now IIEST). Only your rank will matter in this case. As an ex-student of JU I can say that a fairly large number of students here are from other states and didn't produce a domicile. So, best of luck for your results.
