Hello aspirant.
I'm not very sure about it but the talks are that there would not be any 3rd phase of councelling this time.
The first round of councelling is already completed and the second round is going to start in a few days.
And yes as you have asked if there will be a 3rd round then it might be around during the 7th or 8th round of the councelling
