Will ews closing rank be same as or less than obc for nits,iiits? please clarify it

The general ews rank will be nearly as same as the obc rank but would be slightly higher. The scale do St category are the lowest whereas the general should score higher percentile. The closing rank will be for OBC will be slightly lower than that of ews since ews has been recently been brought in action.
