Will I be eligible for AIIMS 2020 if I qualified 12th in 2018?

Yes, of course you'll be eligible for AIIMS 2020 as only the minimum age attained or will attain is 17 years as on the 31st of December of the year of admission (2019) is mentioned for candidates in the prospectus 2019.

Note: upper age limit for MBBS for aiims is not mentioned but according to NEET 2019 existing age limit for UR is born on or between 05.05.1994 and 31.12.2002 and for SC/ST/OBC/PwD Category is Born on or between 05.05.1989 and 31.12.2002
