Will I be given any time relaxation ,when I didn't submit migration certificate at time of admission at nit?

Yes during the time of admission, if you cannot produce original migration certificate, then your college will make you sign an undertaking which would give you provisional admission based on the fact that you produce and submit original migration certificate within stipulated amount of time otherwise your admission may stand cancelled!
