Will i be taken in next cap round automatically even if i have not alloted any college in first round of cet 2018 dte ?

Helpline centre is dead. Suggest me another way. Helpline numbers are answering that their mobile is out of range or switched off.

Bye the way its mht cet not any other cet. On their website its written that if a candidate who have been allotted seat and not accepted the seat by not reporting at the arc centre shall be eligible for next round.
