Hii aspirant
With 60 marks you can predict your rank from the following link
https://engineering.careers360.com/mht-cet-rank-predictor
And your rank would be around 140000 -160000
and in MHTCET 347 college participate and offers around 130000 seats in different streams
So toppers among them may opt for JEE mains, JEE advanced, MITSAT, VITEEE,BITSAT etc as they will have also cleared those exams some might decide to drop so it gives you a chance to get some college among 347 but it will be difficult for you to get your desired stream
You will also have the option to take management seat in some colleges and get a stream of your choice
To know more about your engineering college you can check The following link and fill your credentials and you Wil get to know the colleges where you can get admissions
