Please go through the below criteria -
Aspirants of JEE Advanced 2017 should fulfil at least one of the following two criteria for admission to IITs:
They must have secured at least an aggregate of 75% marks in class 12th or equivalent board exam. For candidates belonging to SC, ST and PwD categories, the aggregate marks required for admission is 65%.
For admission to IITs, the candidates must be within the category-wise top 20 percentile of successful candidates in their respective class 12th or equivalent board exam.

Dude u have to qualify jee advanced wthin 10k rank to get admission into iit boards percentage doesn't matter..!!
