As per my knowledge and experience a rank 100497 cannot guarantee you a good college in Jharkhand.
You can try for few colleges via the JoSAA counselling if you are open to GFTIs and IIITs and you are not particular about any specific college or branch.
Rest I suggest you try for other private colleges or take a drop and prepare again for the same. Best of luck
