will I get job easily if I'll complete my btech from a private college

Getting a job can not be generalised and is not same with al students. It actually depends of various factors mentioned below. How early, after completing your B.Tech will you get job or how much time will it take for you to get a job depends on the following points:

1. Whether your college offers campus placements or not. And what kind of companies come for campus recruitment at your college. Whether those companies are of your liking/profile interest. How good do you perform in campus placements.

2. How good are you in your B.tech subjects and specialisation (if any). What kind of capability in your domain do you possess? How good are you in your skill set and how do you perform in various interviews you appear in.

3. If there is no campus recruitment, then how frequently and at how many companies or job portals do you apply for job? Thereafter, for how many interviews you have been shortlisted and called for.

4, Again, how do you perform in the interviews.

So, pls do not consider getting a job so easy, however, it's not that tough too. You have to make efforts in terms of applying for jobs and equally important is that how much knowledge do you have about your B.Tech subjects.

It totally depends from which private college of engineering you have completed your course.

Top private colleges like VIT Vellore, SRM, Manipal and Amrita provides good placements, knowledge and exposure.

Getting a job also depends on your grades, skills and knowledge.There is always  a job available for a right candidate.

There is a lot of competition to get top colleges in engineering you should plan your preparation accordingly but try to get into top colleges to get good placements.
