Let me tell you first about the closing rank for B-arch in all NITs under OS quota for general. Last year last closing rank for Barch was in NIT patna at 2092.
Now, your rank for mentioned percentile will be around 5200. So you have very low chance for getting any NIT. But you can improve your score so that you can get any NIT for barch. You need to reappear for jee main in april and score very good percentile to get a seat.
