The criteria of reimbursement depends from college to college. If you transfer your seat before the admission ends & in the initial stages of college, if your seat can be filled by another candidate, then you have a GOOD chance of reimbursement of your fees. But if you transfer your seat & the college is unable to fill your seat & no one can fill it, it's likely that the reimbursement will not be done. This depends from college to college. Some show leniency towards their rules, some don't.
