if i deposited the security money for the mcc couselling of deemed University and if i get a seat in state couselling ..will i get the security amount back if i dont want to take admission in the deemed university?how should be the procedure

You need to talk to adminstration for any refunds. It depends on the College, almost all the Colleges return the fee where few of the College's return 80% and few of the institutions return 50% of the paid Fees. So, you should have a clear Statement stating why you are cancelling your seat. You need to visit the College with a Statement.
