Hello aspirant, the locality won't matter much until and unless you are not shifting, which will require corrections in documents and domicile. As well as , locality change won't create any hassle. So don't worry

Madam, yes I am shifting to a college located in a region other than my local region. Will my locality change after doing my 5 years mbbs course.

No it won't, until and unless you require a domicile for your post grad, with the specific area address.
