Will my master's in abroad affect if I have done my BTech 1st year in one university and the remaining years which are 2nd 3rd and 4th years in another university?

No, it won't affect your masters in abroad if you have done your Btech 1st year in one university and the other remaining years in another university.
Many colleges have its student exchange programme where both the universities exchange their students for one semester or one year. And infact this is more beneficial to a student to learn from a university in abroad.
