The NEET 2025 round 2  qualifying marks will not decrease. The cutoff set by NTA is fixed - percentile based and remains the same for all rounds.Only the college wise cut-offs may go down in round 2 due to seat movement, but the qualifying marks themselves stay unchanged unless the government issues a special relaxation order which hasn't happened in NEET 2025,even in previous years it was very rare given only in special cases to fill vacant seats.
