According to the rules given by the NTA which is the conducting authority of NEET exam, if a candidate misses his/her exam no notification is sent to the registered phone number, e-mail Id or any other place.

Since there are lakhs of students who appear for this examination it is practically impossible for the authorities to give personal notification to parents.

See there are no such notification that are given if one miss the examination. But when the results will be out, your parents will know. So why you are asking this I don't know but if you think NEET is not your think then just speak out because when the results will be out your parents will know and they will feel very bad.
