My inicet basic registration is showing that "The images re uploaded by you in your registration and basic candidate information are now under review" Is there any problem with my registration form?

That is true. You will be entering the same details but you are only filling a new application form because the errors that happened in the application form cannot be rectified during the correction window. You might even get 2 admit cards but you will only download the one which has all the correct information and attend your exam with that admit card. That is the only way out.
