Whether recruiters will come to the colleges that accept NATA scores and how many of them will come, these factors may vary from institute to institute. One thing you can do is go to the websites of the institutes you want to apply and find out information about placement cell. If no information is given on the website, cotact the institute over phone. Get the details from them - ask them what type of companies come for campus placement, package offered, etc.

A note of caution though. The instititute may try to oversell itself, so you have to cross check their claims, and not take them at face value.
