    Hello  Yubal Pereira,

    Yeah, you heard it correct. Govenment colleges has increaced their cutoff marks by 15 marks, which is jaw dropping. Only the students who will be able to score more than minimum marks for NEET  and engineering exams of 2019 will be able to attend for counseling and secure a good seat.
