No, you do not need EWS Certificate while filling JEE Mains 2020 Application Form.
You'll need to bring it during document verification or if asked to upload during registration. You can fill the form first and upload it later when it arrives to you.
The Candidates of JEE (Main) January,2020as well as April 2020 Examination(s), who come under EWS category as per the Certificate issued by the Competent Authority, may mention such category in the Online Application Form.
