Will the government college give the original certificates of the student with drawing seat after a year in graduation?is there any fees to

Hello

Yes, those are your certificates and you will get it back in a year just keep the fee recieving with you and after a year take them back from the admission department of your college.

If they are not giving you back before then make an excuse such as you need them for passport and all(worked in my case).

For migration you will get migration of the college itself instead of your school one since you have spend one year in college and may need to pay additional fees to get that.
