No, the syllabus for IIT JAM 2019 Exam is same as it was for the 2018 exam.

You can check the syllabus for IIT JAM Exam and start preparing for the exam.

IIT JAM 2019 Exam will be conducted on 10th Feb 2019. So, prepare yourself well.
