Revised cutoff can be declared by Central Government in consultation with Dental Council of India if the seats remain vacant in the Medical Dental Colleges. Last year it was lowered by 29.735th percentile in each category. For general it was reduced from 50 to 20.265. For SC/ST/OBC the percentile was reduced to 10.265 and for general PwD candidates it was 15.265.

So you can expect the Centre to declare revised cutoff to fill up the vacant seats if available.
