i will like to know about Himachal Pradesh , Punjab and Haryana . Please guide me accordingly

Punjab, Himanchal Pradesh second round counselling is expected to start in the third week or last week of April, 2019 and Haryana second round counselling is expected to start in the First week of May 2019 tentetively.
