The general conception is that the registration fee is non refundable for entrance examination. Which means you might not get back your exam fee even though you do not appear for exam.

I am supposing you are asking about the JIPMER2019, the fees will not be refunded under any circumstances as it is clearly mention in JIPMER2019 revised prospectus.

It is understandable that all the arrangements(exam centres,admit card etc.) is done beforehand which requires money which is paid by students as fees.

And same goes to NEET2019 also.

I am advising you to please read the prospectus carefully before applying anywhere.
