with 28k obc rank what college can i get in jossa????

Dear Aspirant

Although your rank seems to be decent in obc category but I would like to tell you definitely you can apply for counselling but it is very difficult for you to get a seat in government college like IIT, NIT, IIIT or gfti. If you have applied then wait for final round and if you couldn't get then I would suggest you to must participate in the special round counselling conducted by JoSAA at the end of round counselling. There is little chance for you.
