Hii......with 35000 rank you can get metallurgical and material ,biotechnology,production and industrial in almost all NITs and civil in some NIT.
you can also get CSE and ECE in some IIITs.

Karna with having a range of approx 35k you have the better chances for getting the state Government Engineering Institutions in your home state or in any other state and coming to the branch point of view it depends upon your interest as well upon the variation of cuttoff in that particular branch.
