With 559 marks for which best medical colleges should I apply in all India counseling and in state counseling if I am general candidate UP.

With this score the chances seem to be less getting a seat in All India Quota seats but you can have the chance to get state quota seats. It is very late to answer your query, I hope you have checked the seat allotment of All India Quota seats & UP state counselling.
