with 92.0167 percentile in jee mains can i get any government college?

hello aspirant..
Try hard for above 95% and you will get a decent nit with core branch as per your category rank. that may be around 18000 for 92 percentile and 10000 for 96 percentile. Total number of seats in nITs is around 23000 approx. So try to get around that much.
