Since you haven't mentioned your category, I'm assuming that you are from the general category. It would be better if you could mention your home state. 3. NIT Durgapur (Any branch, with fair chances in CSE)
4. NIT Puducherry (Any branch)

Yes, with this percentile, you may expect your AIR to be around 13000 and with this rank, you have chances of getting It branch.
Based on previous years' cutoffs, you have high chances of getting IT branch at NIT Srinagar and NIT raipur. However, there are numerous IIITs where with this much percentile you can easily get IT branch.
