With a percentage of 79 in tenth and 88 in twelfth with a rank of 7999 in jee advanced can I get admission in IIT-KANPUR?

See priyanshi class 10th and 12th board results does not matter to take admission in IITs. You are chosen only on the basis of your JEE - mains and advanced results.

According to previous years trend's and cutoffs there are no chances of your admission in IIT kanpur in core branches of engineering you might only get admission in Earth sciences and chemistry.

Yes you can get iit kanpur. You will get chemistry or earth sciences. You will not get any good streams
