With a rank of 10,671 can I get IIT or should I think of NITs only

you may not get good branches. so it would be better if you take admission in NITs on the basis of jee mains AIR. all the best. you can also apply for IIsc IISER or IIPE which take admissions on the basis of jee advance rank.

Iit is bit tough at these rank for some branches if you belongs to general category.

As you have 10k rank in JEE Advanced , it will be difficult to get any desired branch to you rather than that you should go for NIT
As you have good rank in JEE main, you can easily get any good NIT with your desired branch.

I got 10,671 rank in advance 2018 and 7846 rank in Jee mains

Also IIT Delhi is going to attend counselling session for women qualifiers , I think I won't get a good branch in any IIT, should I attend it?

Yes you can get IITs but you cannot be very sure. Last year the final cutoff was around 10000. This year cutoffs are unexpected due to reservation given to girls. For boys the cut offs might rise but for girls it is definate to fall. I will suggest you to fill both IITs as well as NITs in a proper order and hope for the best.

Definitely you will get IIT . Also from this year girls quota has been introduced. Try in counselling.
