With a rank of 22820 in jee mains paper1 and 2820 in EWS category can i expect a seat in top nits and iiits by my EWS reservation?

If your rank is around the 1000 and 3000 you will get seat in the top most Nits.
And with your rank of 2820(category rank) I suggest you would get seat in top Nits like NIT Rourkee, NIT Tiruchi, NIT warangal etc.
But to get the seat in top courses like CSE and mechanical you should wait patiently until the many rounds.
