It's highly unlikely that you will not get a seat in IITs. The top 3 candidates have scored 244, 230 and 223 respectively. Thus, your score is too low. Also, there are only 105 total seats at IIT Bombay, IIT Guwahati and IIITDM. But you can try and appy for private university mentioned below.
