The Chances are quite less of getting seat in govt. College but you have a chances in private and deemed universities Throuhgout MAHARASHTRA ,KARNATAKA , RAJASTAN , MP.

Sorry but based upon your ranking the chances are low of getting a govt medical college in Karnataka.
The competition level is very high and you need to have a better score to secure a seat in govt medical colleges. You may try for private or management quota seat.
