Unfortunately not, actually the score of Join Entrance Examination (Advanced) or JEE (Advanced) is only valid for admission in all the 23 Indian Institutes of Technologies and some other peripheral colleges like RGPIT and some more. But, the admission to the National Institute of Technology happens only through the Joint Entrance Examination (Main), or JEE (Main).

NITs take into account the JEE Main scores. At the time of choice filling, it would be nice if you fill as many branches and institutes as possible. However, do that very judiciousy. Please check the JEE Main cutoff as well as the JEE Main College Predictor as it will indicate the possible colleges where you are likely to be offered admission depending on your rank.
