With out qualifiying can I get rank

It depends which entrance exam you sit for. In jee mains you will surely get a rank without qualifying the exam.

Without qualifiying in any examination  you cannot get  a rank in any examination  as the qualification  in a exmaination is must as the required marks should be attaiined by the student so that they declare whether a student is fit or not

so without qualifiying the examination you cannot get the rank

yes, Rank is alloted to all the students whether he/she is qualifying or not . (Exception - You won't get rank if you are not qualifying jee advance.)
