Sorry Rohit but with a rank of 584735 you cannot get any good government college in Uttarakhand. As per me, the best choice and decision would be to go for any private college whose entrance exam you would have given and go for it. Otherwise if you are determined for a government college take a drop and prepare again. Best of luck
With that huge rank in JEE main you cannot get a seat in any government colleges for engineering like NITs IIITs and GFTIs. Even by any means you won't get a government college.
