With the rank 3665 in Sc category, can get seat in old iits like course civil , metallurgy, chemical engineering

As you have not mentioned whether you have given the JEE advanced or not but I am assuming that you are asking that question after giving the JEE advanced exam and this is your JEE advanced rank so here according to that we are giving the last years cutoff of some IITS of different branches
As you have obtained the rank 3665 in SC category
After checking 2018 2017 and 2016 cutoff of different IITs for SC category I am reaching at a point that for SC category the cutoff starts from nearly around 210 or we can say that the opening rank for SC category starts from 210 and the closing rank for SC category in different IIT is is 1900, so as per the data available we can conclude that for SC category as you have got 3665 rank in JEE advanced so at this rank you can not expect your admission in any IIT but it is also a fact that cutoff of different IIT changes every year now all depends upon your luck
