Hello,
In India all the medical colleges offer admission through NEET. AIIMS, JIPMER have their own entrance.
So you can't escape entrance if wish to study MBBS, be it in private institutes or government. But the difference is in some of the private colleges you just need to appear in NEET and pass with the minimum marks and you can grab a seat with a much higher fee.

see neet is the only entrance test in india for all government and private medical colleges, from this year jipmer and aiims has also included with neet exam, if you want to pursue mbbs course from foreign university then you need to qualify neet exam , other wise you can not able to sit for licence exam which conducts by mci for indian nation students who have pursued mbbs courses from foreign medical college .

• I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but you cannot get a seat in any medical college not even in private medical colleges without entrance exam i.e  neet entrance examination as neet is the only gateway to all the medical colleges of India including all the aiims and Jipmer .

• So if you want to get into medical colleges then you will have to clear neet examination first .

• Nta has already released NEET 2020 application form on December 2, 2019, in online mode at ntaneet.nic.in and the last date upto which you can fill the application form of NEET 2020 is December 31, 2019.  So , make sure that you fill the application form of NEET before the last date.
