Hope you are doing well. See your question is not clear as what you want to ask though I will tell you accordingly what I understood from your question.

EWS quota is only for general category students whose family annual income is very less and who cannot afford much expenses and if they have proper certificate they will get the benefit of ews category as 10% seats are reserved under this quota. So the students will apply under ews quota in all the rounds of the councilling now according to the merit and seat availability they will be allotted the seats.
