Two different thing cannot be same ,since they just predict .they give just you a basic idea ,about your college which you are goiint to get .some time they are correct and sometimes they are wrong.they predict these According to last year cuttof and closing and opening rank .

Because all websites have different factors set for evaluation.
You should just try to get idea what is possible and not think much of predictions as they may fail also.
