NTA has released NEET UG 2020 phase 1 and phase 2 result today i.e. on 16th October, so yes NTA has released NEET result of both Phase 1 and phase 2, you may check the result on the official Website of NTA i.e ntaneet.nic.in.
Here are the steps to check NEET UG 2020 result:
1. Visit the official Website, ntaneet.nic.in.
2. Click on NEET result option there.
3. Enter required information such as your NEET roll number and DOB.
4. Once you submit these information, the result will be displayed on your screen, save it for future reference.

Hello dear student,
Neet has already announced the result which was conducted by NTA. It was announced today only by late evening. Both the results for phase 1 and phase 2 are declared already as a combined or whole result. For more updates you can check the link that I am providing you here
